After graduating from Yale University in 1972, Bill immediately embarked on a career in Real Estate Brokerage, first in his home state of Virginia and later in his wife's home state of New Mexico. While representing a homebuilder in Albuquerque, Bill came to the attention of a local mortgage lender who recruited him to the mortgage business in 1987. Since that time, Bill has won numerous awards for his loan production and was named statewide manager for Rocky Mountain Mortgage, Ltd. in 2000. Bill is active in both the Mortgage Bankers Association and the New Mexico Mortgage Lenders Association and currently holds the Master "CMB" (Certified Mortgage Banker) designation. Bill prides himself on helping his borrowers find the right loan for their purpose and as a result does the bulk of his business from "repeat" and "referral" customers. Bill wants to be your "Lender for Life.".
